Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Chicago Kids Consignment Sale!  Here are some of the benefits you will enjoy:

• Shop the Cream of the Crop! By being a volunteer you get special access to the Pre-Sale that takes place the night before it is open to the public! Volunteers get to shop the pre-sale ONE HOUR before the non-volunteering consignors! This is one of the best parts of being a volunteer.

• $5 credit: For every shift you volunteer, you will get a $5 credit to apply at check out.  Coupon(s) will not be issued until after the shift has been worked.

• $$$! If you consign and volunteer you will earn an additional 5% of your total payout.  You will also receive 1 additional Pre-Sale pass and admission to the Pre-Sale 1 hour before non-volunteering consigners.

• More Passes:  For every shift you volunteer, you will receive 1 additional Pre-Sale pass.

What do I need to do to become a Volunteer?

• Register to be come a volunteer by clicking here. First time volunteers need to create a user id.  Go to the bottom of the box and choose “Need To Register As a Worker? Click Here”
• Choose your desired 3 hour shift.
• Sign the Volunteer Agreement form. Please email it to infockcsales@gmail.com or fax it to 708-995-5577.

What do Volunteers need to do?

• Volunteers will help customers find sizes, organize items to keep the floor tidy, assist in the drop off, pick up and checkout process and sort items for the discount hours and consignor pick up time.

What time do I need to show up for my shift?

• Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before your designated time slot for a quick run down of your duties and placement within the sale floor.

Can I bring my children to my volunteer shift?

• We kindly ask that you do not bring your children to your volunteer shift.
